SANOFI and Kelly use business devices that flout legislation when they advertise without including pay ranges.

These deviant power games are played out in order to weaken job applicants’ wage negotiation ability. These firms use information asymmetry in order to coerce job applicants into accepting unfair wage offers.

Kelly is known to obstruct economic rights by unlawfully demanding payslips from potential candidates. Kelly ignores the Competition Act, and assumes collusion, price-fixing and poaching are legitimate practice.
