The Constitution and Competition Act support a fair competition for talent.

Pay Slip Ban SA says that Chaper 9s are not addressing iniquitous recruitment conduct leading to wage discrimination. The public needs the Gender Commission to advocate against employer monopsony power.

If employers are transparent about pay when advertising vacancies, our labour markets will be fair as competition will flourish.

Secrecy is not virtuous.
