How do law firms conduct recruitment?
Law firms position themselves on social media but don’t engage much or rise to a challenge. We figure they avoid challenges because they know they’ll lose. Many employers force job applicants to hand over confidential information about pay before accepting them into a recruitment selection process.
We asked Webber Wentzel if they extort rival employer pay slips when recruiting.
They won’t tell us if they do or if they don’t.
We figure they do. Webber Wentzel saw these images and have not reacted to them being shared.

Extorting competitor pay from job seekers sabotages Constitutional rights.
Employers are ant-competition and want to suppress wages by using pay slips or cost-to-company information to obstruct fair wage negotiation.
Aged Webber Wentzel believes itself to be above question, their tired colonial sense of superiority is slaughtered by PaySlipBanSA.

June 14, 2025When they announced they would repost the information with the details, they said something about how it was because it sounded like a good thing to do. Then they hired law firm Webber Wentzel to threaten me with a lawsuit unless I removed the posts. I told them it was their redemption story and that the posts would stay.
Webber Wentzel, sensing it a losing case, backed away. But I faced them a second time on an indentured labour case and won that battle against them too. I couldn’t believe they actually defend slavery in South Africa! Lawyers are corrupt, watch your back.
