KIM IS KAK
Kim Reid CEO of Takealot sure has a lot of pluck, as wage thieves go. Advertising jobs without including a salary range in addition to demanding pay expectations and payslips screams of daylight robbery.
If you’re studying human resources or human rights, this advert is a textbook fail and provides a great reference point of what not to do when recruiting.
We include their job advert here as it’s a great example of employer abuse of power.
The recruitment Takealot job adverts include a lot of claims about an inclusive corporate culture. These lies fail to hide the domineering draconian Big Daddy, Kim Reid, who strangles job seekers human rights.
Reid shows nothing but contempt for human rights and society. Job adverts that don’t disclose a salary range and an application form listing all candidate wage information requirements, including payslips, are extraordinarily contrary to Constitutional fairness.
