Employers and recruiters who persist in using unfair advantages during recruitment and deny opportunity to fair wage negotiation, are going to feel the mighty fist of the law.

Fair means applicants and employers are equal.

In an unfair labour market, as employer, your investment in talent is undermined by poaching cheaters adding a couple of hundred to a rival’s compensation and benefits.

If you’re an applicant, you’ll work for peanuts and commit your children to the same life of diminishing returns.

A fair employer is upfront about pay, no payslips, no ctc, no questions about pay history or pay expectations.

Employers, it’s unfair practice to coerce applicants into divulging wage information while lacking the integrity for transparency yourselves.
